ill be calling from my mobile phone to her mobile phone…she’s in australia, im in the u.s. there’s so many phone cards out there though, especially that i’ve seen online.

I'm going to the D.R. and was looking for a way to make calls to the states. Anyone know how the pay as you go phones work? Any other suggestions would be very helpful…

Are international calls the same number of digits that calls in the US are? I know you have to dial 011 to get out but are the phone numbers still 7 digits or are they usually longer?
