Can you able to mention the mobile plans which will provide the cheap long distance calls.. Nowadays many network have introduced many plans to make the call rates cheaper..

In Indonesia, the cheapest are
call on net : free from 00.00-05.59 (www.xl.co.id)
call off net : Rp.5/second or Rp.300/minute (www.indosat.com)
sms on net : free (www.three.co.id)
sms off net : Rp.60 (www.axisworld.com)
for information, Rp.10.000 = (average)

my brother calls me from jail off of a payphone that charges dollar a minute. Well once he ran out of money I gave him my at$t prepaid phone card number so he could call me whenever he wants. well since hes calling me from a payphone it charges nearly a min. So my question is, are there any phonecards that have good payphone rates? Something cheaper than a minute?

Can you able to tell me is that prepaid mobiles having the facility to make international calls.. In land line we have to tell the exchanges to give the ISD call facilities like that for mobile also we have to ask them
