Anyone know of a cheap way to make calls from the Dominican Republic to the United States???
I'm going to the D.R. and was looking for a way to make calls to the states. Anyone know how the pay as you go phones work? Any other suggestions would be very helpful…

If you have a laptop use Skype. You get normal cellphone service there also, at lease Verizon does.
