Can’t figure out the rates to call a US Cell phone with a calling card. Calling from a South Korea mobile?

I dont have a landline here so please dont tell me about that. I need to be able to call US cell phones from my cell phone here. All of the websites that I have been to dont specify the rates for calling US cell phones. They only specify rates calling from S. korea cell phones. Does anyone know if this means that all of the Continental US is the same rate no matter the phone?
