hi! does anyone know which phone company offers cheap incoming calls from overseas??
i've got a friend in the UK and I'll be wanting to call him from the USA but he's getting charged about a pound a minute… is there anything cheaper??

Sprint offers free incomming calls but I think it's just for the US.
