How can i trace a premium rate phone call?
I have i 9pound phone call on my bill for a call in Dec to no.09116129019
How can i find out who this number belongs to?
have tried some websites to no avail.

I work for a telephone provider and if a customer has a query about a premium rate no. we do a search on http://www.icstis.org.uk/ , I’ve done a search of the no. your talking about and the report back says….
