my brother calls me from jail off of a payphone that charges dollar a minute. Well once he ran out of money I gave him my at$t prepaid phone card number so he could call me whenever he wants. well since hes calling me from a payphone it charges nearly a min. So my question is, are there any phonecards that have good payphone rates? Something cheaper than a minute?
