What’s the best phone card to call with from US cellphone to Thailand cell?
My boyfriend is in thailand, and has a sim card with prepaid minutes in his cell phone. I don't have a land line to call with a phone card, just a cell phone. What's the best (most minutes, cheapest) international calling card to get for US cell phone to a Thai cell phone?
