Whats the cheapest way to make international calls from a mobile?

Basicaly im using the O2 tarrif "your country" which gives 200 free international mins when i topup 25 pounds a month. I've found that this is nowhere near enough and i work through the free minutes within a few days and work my wy through my credit at unacceptable rates. I'd rather find a tarrif that gives calls for a few pence per minute so my 25 pound would equate to nearer 800+ international minutes.

      Use someone elses,it cant get any cheaoer than that.
